When we talk to CTOs and IT leaders about what they need from an AI platform, the same theme keeps coming up. They don’t want to chase every model release, navigate constant policy changes, or manage a growing list of security risks. They want clarity on two things: Is our team using AI safely? And do they have access to the best tools available?
When you partner with Braided, you’re choosing an ongoing approach that ensures the best and the safest AI tools available for your team. We evaluate new models, integrate them into a secure environment, and layer the right controls on top so your team can move fast without creating new risks.
AI is always getting better, and so are we. Here’s what’s on the horizon.
What We’re Building Next
We’re rolling out a set of new capabilities designed to make Braided more powerful and practical for real work.
First, you’ll soon be able to run the same prompt across multiple models and compare outputs side by side. Different models have different strengths, and now your team can see those differences in real time and choose the best result for the task.
We’re also adding simple ways to verify and challenge AI outputs. AI can be confident and wrong at the same time, so we’re building one-click verification to help teams catch errors and check facts. And because the best way to strengthen an idea is often to challenge it, we’re introducing one-click “devil’s advocate” generation that instantly creates a counter-argument or alternative perspective, letting your team stress-test decisions before they ship.
Beyond that, we’re making it easier to tailor AI to your specific work. Every project is different, so we’re building project-level background context and editable instructions that keep your AI outputs aligned with the task at hand. This was a direct request from our partners, and we’re excited to deliver it.
Finally, transparency matters. We’re building clearer visibility into API usage and costs at both the account and project level, so leaders can track spend, allocate resources, and plan ahead with confidence.
Practical Controls That Enable Work
Healthy AI adoption is about giving people access to powerful models and ensuring that access aligns with your company’s standards. That’s why Braided is investing in a new layer of practical controls designed for what your team actually needs.
Soon, leaders will be able to set guardrails once and have them apply across models, teams, and Agents, so there’s no need to rely on everyone remembering the policy. The platform will also support professionalism standards that keep AI-generated emails, summaries, and proposals aligned with your organization’s tone and brand.
Just as importantly, Braided is building the ability to automatically mask sensitive details like account numbers, IDs, or names before they ever reach a model. At the prompt level, Braided will be able to block risky behavior in real time, preventing users from pasting data that should never leave your environment.
Taken together, these capabilities give leaders practical control without shutting down AI or slowing teams to a crawl.
Why This Matters More as AI Becomes More Agentic
As teams move from simple chat to Agentic AI, where AI is not just answering questions but driving workflows, the stakes go up.
Agents can read more documents, touch more systems, and move faster than any individual. That’s a strength, but it’s also a risk. Without the right controls, an Agent can accidentally access data it shouldn’t. Users can unknowingly paste confidential information into the wrong place. Outputs can drift from your company’s standards and tone.
With the right controls, Agents work inside clear boundaries. Sensitive information is masked before it leaves your systems. Leaders know what’s happening and can adjust policies over time. These upcoming features are being designed specifically for that future, where AI Agents are part of daily work, not an experiment on the side.
You Don’t Have to Chase Every Model. We Do That For You.
On top of new features and controls, Braided continues to expand and update our model library.
New versions of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other providers are being released constantly. Each comes with different strengths, tradeoffs, and implications for privacy and safety. When you use Braided, you don’t have to evaluate every new model release on your own, negotiate non-training agreements one by one, or rebuild your internal tooling whenever something changes.
We handle vendor vetting, non-training agreements, and integration. You decide how your teams should use AI, and we give you the tools to make that real, across multiple models, in one place.
What This Means for Your Team
Put simply, when you partner with Braided, you get ongoing upgrades to your AI environment, not a static snapshot of what was possible when you first signed up.
As we roll out multi-model comparison, output verification, devil’s advocate generation, project-level context, usage tracking, and expanded controls, your team benefits automatically. There’s no need to rip and replace tools or launch another “AI project.” The environment you’re already using just becomes safer, smarter, and more capable over time.
Looking Ahead
AI is not slowing down. New models, new capabilities, and new risks will keep emerging.
Our commitment is simple: we keep your team on current, high-performing models instead of last year’s version, give you one place to manage how AI is used across your organization, and build practical features that keep you safe without slowing your people down.
If you’re ready for an AI partner that evolves with the technology and takes the heavy lifting of model updates and controls off your plate, Braided was built for you.
